A Day at the Library - Soom Bygg photo-spam~

This post might be a bit random and completely without purpose but I'm bored and it just so happened that I had Floyd and a camera with me when I went to the library this week.
So pics of poor-quality and random babble ensue~ x3

I'm thinking this lavender-colored wig that I originally intended for Llyra, my Sugarble Serena, is so becoming on Floyd that it might turn out to be his for good.

Tämä saattaa olla hieman turha postaus, mutta tylsistyttää ja tapahtui niin että minulla "sattui" olemaan Floyd ja kamera mukan kun kävin kirjastossa.
Joten siitähän seurasi laaduttomia kuvia sekä randomia höpötystä~ x3

Nyt olen ajatellut, että tämä laventelinvärinen peruukki, jonka oli tarkoitus ensin mennä Llyralle eli Sugarble Serenalleni, sopii niin hyvin Floydille että se taitaa jäädä hänelle pysyvästi.

Spica: "Floyd, what are you reading? A ghost story? Isn't that a little too scary for you?"

Spica: "Floyd, mitäs lueskelet? Kummituskertomusta? Eikös se ole sinulle vähän liian jännä?"

Floyd: *täysin keskittynyt lukemiseen*

Floyd: .."Huh? Oh. No worries. Nothing is too scary for us unicorns. Did you know we can kill dragons with our horns?"

Spica: "Fine, if you say so. But don't go killing any dragons, though. I think they are cute.  And an endangered species.:3"

Floyd: "Unicorns are endangered too! And cute! Unicorns are way cuter than dragons!"

Spica:"...someone seems to be having an issue with dragons, I see..."

Floyd: "Mitäh? Ai jaa. Ei hätää, mikään ei ole liian jännää meille yksisarvisille."

Spica: " Hyvä on, jos olet sitä mieltä. Mutta älä silti tapa lohikäärmeitä, minusta ne ovat söpöjä. Ja uhanalaisia.:3"

Floyd:"On yksisarvisetkin uhanalaisia! Ja söpöjä! Yksisarviset on paljon söpömpiä kuin lohikäärmeet!"

Spica: "...osuin ilmeisesti arkaan paikkaan niiden lohhareiden kanssa...."

Our giant (?) haul of books we borrowed from the library. Mosty comics, though... ^___^;;; We were in the mood for scary things, so we took that Dolly-ghost story book and also Uzumaki, which is a very disturbing but an excellent horror manga about a town that becomes cursed by ominous spirals~

"It's a Good Life if You Don't Weaken" is a very thought-provoking picture-novella by Seth. I find myself taking it home with me from the library and reading it again from time to time. I like the melancholic atmosphere in that book. It tells a story of the author himself trying to find out who a mysterious Canadian comic-artist called Kalo really was, but I don't really think that the story in itself is what's most intriquing in this book.What interests me are how the things that happen in Seth's life during his search are conveyed to the reader and the art of the comic.

The other books are Legends of The Mouse Guard and two gekiga-mangabooks; Fallen Words by Tatsumi Yoshihiro and Red Snow by Katsumata Susumu. These two latter books consist of short-storylike tales from historical Japan in comic-form.

I love comics and graphic novels. Not just popular mainstream manga and Western comics, but all kinds of comics. I try to read as much different comics as I can.

Meidän jättimäinen (?) kirjasaaliimme jonka lainasimme mukaan kirjastosta. Enimmäkseen sarjakuvia tosin. ^___^;;; Olimme Floydin kanssa kauhuteemaisella tuulella, koska Dolly-kumpparijuttukirjan lisäksi lainasimme myös Uzumaki-mangan joka on toi häiritsevä mutta erinomainen kauhumanga kylästä, joka joutuu mysteerillisten ja pahaenteisten spiraalien kirouksen kohteeksi.

"It's a Good Life if You Don't Weaken" on Sethin piirtämä ja käsikirjoittama varsin ajatuksiaherättävä sarjakuvaromaani. Löydän itseni aina uudelleen lainaamasta ja lukemasta sitä, tykkään kirjan hieman melankolisesta tunnelmasta. Tarina kertoo Sethin yrityksistä ottaa selvää, kuka mysteerillinen kanadalainen sarjakuvataiteilija nimimerkiltään Kalo todella oli, mutta minusta kiehtovinta tässä kirjassa ei varsinaisesti ole tarina. Kiintoisinta minusta on se, miten Seth esittää lukijalle tapahtumat, joita hänelle sattui etsintänsä aikana, sekä tietysti sarjakuvan taide.

Muut kirjat ovat Legends of the Mouse Guard ja kaksi gekiga-manga kirjaa; Tatsumi Yoshihiron Fallen Words ja Katsumata Susumun Red Snow. Kaksi viimeistä kirjaa sisältävät lyhyitä novellinomaisia tarinoita historiallisesta Japanista sarjakuvamuodossa.

Rakastan sarjakuvia, en ainoastaan suosittua mangaa ja länsimaista sarjakuvaa vaan kaikenlaisia sarjakuvia. Yritän lukea niin paljon erilaisia sarjakuvia kuin pystyn ja löydän.

I'm finally learning how to pose Floyd to make him stand and hold the pose. The secret is to balance most of his weight on one hoof alone. I've really taken a liking to Soom Teenie-Gems. Floyd might get a friend soon~ X''D

Speaking of friends; more are on the way! I got a shipping notice of my Sugarble Serena (who I wrote about in this post~ ), she'll be home soonish. Yay, can't wait! It's been almost two months since I ordered her and the wait has felt really long because I was told Sugarble usually sends their dolls super-fast, like in a month or so...
I also ordered some Yo-SD-sized clothes with her so there might be something new for Floyd too! (Did you notice that I changed his obi into a burgundy-colored velvet ribbon? I think lilac and burgundy are Floyd's theme-colors now.)

Viimeinkin ole oppinut posettamaan Floydia niin, että hän pysyy pystyssä ja pitää asennon. Salaisuus on siinä, että suurin osa painosta pitää asettaa vain yhdelle kaviolle. Olen alkanut todella piämään Soom Teenie-Gem-nukeista Floydin ansiosta. Floyd saattaa saada piankin kaverin~X''D

Kavereista puheenollen; lisää on tulossa! Sain viimein shippausilmoituksen Sugarble Serenastani (josta kirjoitin enemmän tässä postauksessa ), joten hän on piakkoin kotona! Yay, en malta odottaa! On kulunut melkein kaksi kuukautta siitä kun tilasin Serenan ja odotus on tuntunut tosi pitkältä koska minulle kerrottiin että Sugarblella on super-nopeat toimitusajat, niinkuin maksimissaan kuukausi tai sitä rataa...
Tilasin Serenan kanssa muutaman YO-SD-kokoisen vaatekappaleenkin, joten siellä saattaa olla mukana jotakin Floydillekin!
(Huomasitteko muuten että vaihdoin hänen obinsa viininpunaiseen samettinauhaan? Liila ja viininpunainen taitavat olla Floydin teemavärit.)

The Unicorn and The City. Floyd is an urban unicorn, he seeks the excitement of city-life as opposed to the serenity of the forest. I quess even unicorns must find new ways of life to survive in the post-modern reality.

Yksisarvinen ja kaupunki. Floyd on urbaani city-yksisarvinen, hän viihtyy kaupunkielämän vilskeessä metsän rauhallisuuteen verrattuna. Luulen että yksisarvistenkin täytyy löytää uusia elämäntapoja post-modernissa maailmassa.

Spica and Floyd at Desucon Frostbite 2013!

Last week I went to Lahti for Desucon Frostbite which is one of the most popular conventions in Finland for those who are interested in anime, manga and japanese popular culture. I had to be back in Turku for the sunday morning Mass, so it was a quick visit, but I think I managed to experience the con-atmosphere enough in one day.

I decided to take Floyd, my Soom Bygg with me to explore the convention~ He's borrowing the wig that is intended for Llyra, my Sugarble Serena, because this shorter wig is much more convenient when traveling.

Viime viikonloppuna menin Lahteen Desucon Frostbiteen ja ajattelin kirjoittaa hieman tunnelmiani sieltä. Minun piti olla takaisin Turussa sunnuntaiaamun messuun, joten oli pikavisiitti Lahdessa. Mielestäni ehdin kuitenkin ihan hyvin fiilistellä conin parhaat palat.

Päätin otta Floydin mukaan conia tutkimaan. Tässä hän on ollessamme matkalla Lahteen junassa, kurkistelemassa makuupussistaan~ :3 (oli niin söpis naama että oli pakko ottaa kuva x'3) Floyd lainaa Llyralle (Sugarble Serena) tarkoitettua peruukkia, koska tuo lyhyempi tukka on paljon käytännöllisempi kun ollaan matkan päällä.
Floyd"*uneliaasti* Joko ollaan perillä?"

Aaand we're here! :3 When I first arrive at a convention, I always do a quick round-up of the whole area first, to take in the con-feeling and then decide what to do after that.
 Sorry for the bad pics, I had a better camera with me, but it was way too crowded to start digging it from my backpack, so I took these photos with my phone... ^^;;

I don't have any YO-SD sized clothes, because the ones I've ordered haven't arrived yet, so Floyd had a T-shirt formerly owned by a Ken doll and Isul Johan's cape...

Ja olemme perillä! :3 Aina kun menen johonkin coniin, käyn ensin nopsan kierroksen koko paikan ympäri ja imen itseeni con-tunnelmaa ja sitten vasta päätän minne sen jälkeen suuntaan.

Pahoittelen huonoja kuvia, minulla oli mukana myös parempi kamera, mutta oli ihan liian paljon väkeä että olisin alkanut kaivaa sitä repusta (Vielä kun oli Floyd käsikynkässä niin olisi ollut hieman hankalaa ottaa kuvia isolla kameralla), joten otin kuvia sitten vaan puhelimella... ^^;;

Minulla ei ole vielä pahemmin YO-SD kokoisia vaatteita, kun tilaamani eivät ole vielä saapuneet, joten Floydin piti coneilla Ken-nukelta lainatussa T-paidassaj Isul Johanin viitassa...
(tästä siis hieman kämäinen asuyhdistelmä jos ihmettelitte...)

Conventions are all about cosplay and they had some remarkably well-done outfits at Frostbite too! Sadly I didn't have much time to take photos but these guys were so awesome, I asked them to pose with Floyd for me~ Thank you~
It was noticeable at this con that there were a lot of cosplayers posing as characters from animation shows and movies of western origin like My Little Pony; Friendship and the Rise of the Guardians. It's interesting to see how japanese anime has influenced western shows and how the fanbase that has originally grown up thinking that only japanese shows and comics are "cool", can embrace western produced shows as well.

Cosplay on näkyvin osa coneilua ja Frostbitessakin oli nähtävillä tosi hulppeita asuja! Harmi kun en ehtinyt ottaa juurikaan kuvia, mutta nämä pukuilijat olivat mahtavia, pyysin heitä posettamaan Floydin kanssa minulle~ Kiitoksia~

Tässä conissa oli minusta huomioitavaa, miten paljon cossaajia oli tehnyt pukuja hahmoista, jotka esiintyvät länsimaisissa animaatioissa kuten My Little Pony; Ystävyyden taikaa ja Viisi Legendaa. On tosi mielenkiintoista nähdä, miten japanilainen anime vaikuttaa länsimaisiin animaatioihin ja miten fanikanta, joka aiemmin näki vain japanilaiset ohjelmat ja sarjakuvat "siisteinä", nykyisin fanittavat myös länsimaissa tehtyjä ohjelmia ja elokuvia.

Eep! Floyd seems pretty intimidated sitting in the grip of those giant claws! ;-D No worries, it was a kind extraterrestrial, despite its scary looks.

Hui! Floyd näyttää aika säikähtäneeltä istuessaan noiden jättimäisten kynsien pitelyssä! ;-D Mutta ei hätää, kyseessä oli todella kiltti avaruusolento, vaikkakin hurjan näköinen.

We went to see the Anime Music Video-contest, The Cosplay Show and a couple of lectures; one about studying manga and doing academic research on manga in Japan and one discussing pairings of anime- and manga-characters that fans - particularly the fans of the yaoi and the Boys' Love genre come up with and what the term "pairing" (or "Shipping") is all about.

All of these were very amusing and entertaining. But...Is it just me, or were the fan-made anime music videos funnier back in the beginning of the 2000's? I remember I used laugh out loud at them with tears in my eyes, or watch in awe as the fitting music and the pictures touched my feelings. At Frostbite I just chuckled a couple of times at the humoristic videos and felt almost nothing while watching the other videos, although they were pretty and technically well made...
Or have I just grown up in the anime music video-sense? :-D

Well, I did enjoy the video that was made with the footage from the anime No.6 and was under the theme "Drama". That was the best video in my opinion and I think it actually won the series for Drama-themed videos.
Oh yeah, and I found a new favorite band, Owl City (or is it a band, or just the one guy doing music, I'm not sure?), thanks to the AMV-contest because their beautiful song "Fireflies"played at the background of one video. After the con I searched around the web for their music and I think I'll buy their album too, later~ I liked the music so much~ :3 "Galaxies" is also a really good song, I can't stop listening to it.

Menimme katsomaan AMV eli Anime Musiikki Video-kisaa, Cosplay-kisaa ja paria luentoa; toinen käsitteli mangan akateemista tutkimusta Japanissa, toinen taas fanikulttuurin keskuudessa syntynyttä "paritus"-teemaa jossa anime- tai mangasarjan hahmojen välille kuvitellaan romanttisia rakkaussuhteita.

Kaikki nämä ohjelmat olivat hauskoja ja viihdyttäviä. Mutta... johtuuko se vain minusta, vai olivatko fanien tekemät anime musiikkivideot hauskempia joskus 2000-luvun alussa? Muistan että nauroin kyyneleet silmissä tai katsoin hämmentyneenä kun kuva ja siihen sopiva musiikki yhdessä liikutti tunteitani. Frostbiten AMV-kisaa katsellessa vain hykertelin pari kertaa huumorivideoille enkä tuntenut juuri mitään muita videoita katsellessa, vaikka niissä oli joukossa kauniita ja teknisesti hyvin tehtyjä...
Vai olenko kenties kasvanut aikuiseksi tässä AMV-mielessä? ;-D

Noh, tyksin kovasti videosta, joka oli tehty käyttäen materiaalia No.6 animesta ja se kilpaili Draama-teemalla tehtyjen videoiden sarjassa muistaakseni. Se oli minusta paras video kisassa ja taisi myös voittaa Draama-sarjan.
Ai niin ja sitten löysin uuden lemppari bändin (?)kin, Owl City:n jonka kappale "Fireflies" soi taustalla yhdessä videossa. (tai siis en tiedä onko kyseessä itseasiassa yhtye vai onko kyse vaan siitä yhdestä tyypistä joka tekee musaa.. ?) Conin jälkeen etsin lisää Owl Cityn kappaleita netistä ja luulenpa että ostan heidän albuminsa~ Tykkäsin niin paljon~ :3 "Galaxies" on myös todella hyvä kappale, en pysty lopettamaan sen kuuntelemista.

Going to an anime convention would be pointless without doing some shopping at the merchants' parlor.. or at least to me it is. ;-D
Here's my haul of doujinshi from Desucon Frostbite of 2013! It's all Togainu no Chi.
I tried to get all which featured Keisuke and Akira that they had, but unfortunately there weren't a lot.

This one thing got me really *really* disappointed, though; when I asked the seller if he had any DRAMAtical Murder doujinshi, he told me promptly "It's all sold-out!" When I gawked open-mouthed at him in shock and disbelief he told me that as soon as the merchants' parlor opened, some members of the organizing Frostbite convention staff had RUSHED to the vendors and bought all of the DMMd-doujinshi I mean ALL OF IT!!! Right at the beginning of the con, before the visitors had time to get in the merchants' parlor. GODDAMNIT!!! D-:< *fuming*

I think it's unfair to use your position as a staff member to rob the GOOD STUFF from the vendors... *grumble*

...((sounds like someone had a bitter loss here, I admit it, haha))

Olisi ihan merkityksetöntä mennä coniin jos ei kävisi myös myyntisalissa... tai ainakin minulle olisi. ;-D
Tässä doujinshi-saaliini Desucon Frostbite:sta 2013! Kaikki on Togainu no Chi-aiheista. Yritin hommata kaikki joissa esiintyvät  Keisuke ja Akira-doujinshit mitä siellä oli, mutta ikävä kyllä siellä ei ollut paljoakaan.

Yksi juttu tosin alkoi pänniä minua suunnattomasti; kun kyselin doujinshimyyjältä, oliko hänellä yhtään DRAMAtical Murder doujinsheja, hän sanoi minulle "Kaikki on loppuunmyyty!" Kun tuijotin häntä suu auki hämmennyksestä ja shokista, hän kertoi, että HETI kun myyntisali aukeni, jotkut Frostbiten järjestäjien joukosta olivat rynnänneet myyntipöydälle ja ostaneet kaikki DMMd-doujinshit, SIIS KAIKKI!!!
Ihan conin alussa, ennenkuin kukaan conikävijöistä ehti myyntipöydille. JOSEONH*MMETTI!!! D-:< *sauhuaa*

Minusta on epäreilua käyttää asemaansa järjestänä ja ryövätä kaikki hyvä tavara myyntipöydiltä. *murinaa*
Toivottavasti edes joku conityypeistä jotka kävivät ratsaamassa nuo DRAMAtical Murder doujinshit lukee tätä ja saa edes pienen osan närkästyksestäni tietoonsa tätä kautta.

I also bought a second-hand Kotetsu T. Kaburagi figure from the anime-series Tiger&Bunny... and that's it. I'm surprised at how little I managed to buy from the con, but maybe that's because I've made some anime figure-shopping online so I didn't feel the need to indulge in the figure-shopping at the con.

I was pretty surprised that some people wanted to photograph my Soom Bygg, Floyd too~ :3 I wasn't cosplaying this time so I didn't expect anyone to ask if they could take photos... The best thing in Frostbite was the atmosphere and the cosplayers... Sadly I didn't see any DRAMAtical Murder cosplayers as I had hoped.
All in all I had a good time, and I'll definitely visit the main event Desucon next summer too~

Sieltä lähti matkaan myöskin tuo käytetty Kotetsu T. Kaburagi figuuri animesarjasta Tiger&Bunny... ja siinäpä se sitten olikin. Olen yllättynyt miten vähän onnistuin ostamaan conista, mutta ehkäpä se että olen shoppaillut animefiguureja netistä lähiaikoina laski intoani shoppailla niitä conissa...

Conista poistuin hyvillä mielin (DMMd-doujinshiselkkausta lukuunottamatta) illalla.
Ainiin! Floydkin tykkäsi kovasti conissa käymisestä ja hän taisi kerätä heti uusia ihailijoita. Monet conikävijät halusivat nimittäin kuvata Floydia. Oli outoa kun tällä kertaa en ollut itse cossissa, enkä odottanut valokuvauspyyntöjä ja sitten minulta pyydetäänkin nukkea kuvaan!
Olin iloisesti yllättynyt! Jos sinulta löytyy ottamiasi kuvia Floydista niin näkisin ne mielelläni kun omat conikuvani olivat aika kökköisiä. :3 Tapasin myös pari Pullip- ja Hartsilapset-foorumilta tuttua ihmistä, terkkuja teille ja oli kiva nähdä! ^3^/

Conissa oli parasta tunnelma ja cossiasujen bongailu. Harmi vaan en nähnyt yhtään DRAMAtical Murder cossaajia kuten olin toivonut... yksi Akira Togainu no Chi:stä taisi tosin vilahtaa...naisten vessassa tosin! X''D

Jokatapauksessa oli kiva con ja menen kyllä kesällä itse Desuconiinkin~ Jos sinne saisi jotain cosplayn tynkääkin väännettyä. :3

My Valentine is a Unicorn

Yes!! One of the dollies I've bought is home, right in time for Valentine's Day ~ ^3^
I adopted this doll from a local fellow BJD-hobbyist, who offered him for sale at a Finnish BJD-forum. I just couldn't resist him~ x3

Although it's a re-homed doll, the former owner has kept everything including the box in top-condition. It felt almost like getting a brand new doll. :3

Jipii!! Yksi ostamistani nukeista on nyt kotona, parahiksi ystävänpäiväksi~ ^3^
Adoptoin tämän nuken Minnakkeelta Hartsilapsista (Kiitokset ja terveiset Minnakkeelle, jos satut lukemaan tätä~ :3 )~
Oli varsin hauskat jutustelut ja sushittelut Kluuvin kauppakeskuksessa. Sen jälkeen jäin pyörimään Kluuvin "oleskelualueelle" ja ottamaan boksinavausvalokuvia, koska siellä on niin hyvä valaistus.

Vaikka nukke olikin "käytetty", Minnake on pitänyt kaiken huippukuosissa, oli ihan kuin olisin avannut täysin uuden nuken laatikkoa. :3

Ja tässä hän on!! Soom Teenie-Gem Bygg!! Ja näyttää pelästyneeltä!! Voiiii, hänen pienet hampaansa näyttävät siltä että ne taitaa olla skulptattu?! Kuinka söpöä~ x3 Tyydytin Bygginnälkääni katsomalla lukuisia omistajakuvia, mutta hampaat olivat silti yllätys, ilmeisesti ne näkyvät vain tästä kulmasta, alaviistosta.

Floyd (Bygg): "*HAUKKOO ILMAA* Kuka sinä olet!!? Missä minä olen?!!"

He has the factory face-up which is really really beautiful and has some glitter in it too. No pics can do it justice~

Hänellä on firman face-up joka on todella kaunis ja siinä on jonkinlaista kimallettakin. Kuvat eivät tee oikeutta tälle meikille ikävä kyllä~

I bought this wig weeks before I had any idea that I was going to get a Bygg. It was supposed to go on Sugarbe Serena I'm waiting for but it seems that it fits Floyd, my Bygg rather nicely~ (although the other wig I got for Serena from the same company was of better quality... :-/ )

Ostin tämän peruukin siis viikkoja ennen kuin minulla oli mitään hajua että hankin Byggin. Peruukin oli tarkoitus olla tuloillaan olevan Sugarble Serenan vaihtoperuukki, mutta se näyttää sopivan melko hyvin Floydille~ (Vaikkakin olen vähän pettynyt tämän vaaleanharmaan peruukin "laatuun". Se toinen peruukki, jonka hankin Serenalle on paljon parempi... :-/ )

Floyd: "Did you now that we unicorns like to live in pairs and get lonely easily without our friends? Wouldn't you like to give my friend Beyla a home too? ^3^"

Spica: "...now I understand why they say that it's impossible to only get ONE Teenie-Gem... ;-D"

Chibeja chibeja joka puolella~ Olen leikkinyt gen8:n ChibiMaker 1.1:llä DeviantArtissa ja tehnyt chibit nukkehahmoistani. Se on addiktoivaa ja kivaa! Haastanpa siis teidät kokeilemaan ja tekemään chibit nukkehahmoistanne, olivat ne sitten BJDitä tai Pullippeja~

 Out of all the chibies I've made, I think that this one of Bram shows the most likeness to my doll and to the character. <3 He's just so lovable, even in chibi-form. Here's his "Let's go on a date, Xav!"-expression complete with a bouquet and all~

 I've made many different chibies of Holly but this one represents her current character, I think. It's been a bumpy road, creating Holly's character, maybe this shows in the way her looks change, too.
I added the whip to represent her somewhat mischievous nature.

Now we're getting to the really interesting part of this fooling around with the ChibiMaker. You can try and find out how your future dolls and characters will possibly look like! This is so entertaining for me, especially now that I'm waiting for three dolls at the same time... x''3 And I thought you'd be interested as well to see a glimpse of these new faces and characters of mine~
The waiting is driving me nuts, so I have to come up with things to make the time go faster.

So, here's Llyra, she's the fox-spirit character my Sugarble Serena who is in production at the moment, will host.
Let me tell you something about Serena - the waiting is getting on my nerves! It's barely been a month since I ordered her, but I've heard Sugarble is supposed to be a quick company that usually delivers dolls in less than a month. It would have been better if I had been told to wait for a longer period of time, so that I could have been prepared. When you start the wait by thinking that the doll will be home soon, it's nerve-wracking when it doesn't happen after all!
Well, maybe the Chinese New Year messes things up in Asia or something, because no word of my Serena yet. ;___;

...and then, there's Floyd. You've never heard of him before, because he was a biiiit of an impulse-buy. I'm not revealing much about him yet but here he is, as a chibi. I had to improvise a bit with him because ChibiMaker didn't gather everything I needed to create him. ^^;;;
I'm really surprised if someone gets, what doll he will be. :3

Nyt päästäänkin sitten erityisen mielenkiintoiseen osaan ChibiMakerin kanssa leikkimisestä. Voit sen avulla nimittäin kokeilla, miltä tulevat nukkesi ja hahmosi tulevat mahdollisesti näyttämään!
Tämä on minulle tosi viihdyttävää, varsinkin tällä hetkellä kun odotan yhtäaikaa kolmea nukkea... x'''3 Ja ajattelin että teistäkin olisi kiintoisaa nähdä pieni vilaus millaisia nämä uudet naamat ja hahmot tulevat olemaan~
Odotus ajaa minut kyllä ihan pähkinöiksi, joten minun täytyy keksiä juttuja joiden kanssa voin puuhastella että aika kuluisia nopeammin.

Noniin, tässä on Llyra, hän on kettuhenki-hahmoni, joka tulee asuttamaan Sugarble Serena-nukkea joka on tällä hetkellä valmistettavana.
Antakaas kun sanon sanasen Serenasta - odotus käy totta tosiaan hermoilleni! Siitä on vasta noin kuukausi kun tilasin hänet, mutta olen ollut siinä käsityksessä, että Sugarble toimittaa nukkensa nopeasti, alle kuukaudessa. Olisi ollut parempi jos olisi alunperin osannut asennoitua pidempään odotukseen, nyt kun odottaa sillä oletuksella että nukke on pian kotona, niin on hermoja raastavaa kun niin ei tapahdukaan!
No, ehkäpä sitten Kiinalainen uusivuosi sotkee asioita Aasiassa, tai jotain koska en ole kuullut mitään Serenastani. ;___;

...ja sitten meillä on siellä myös Floyd. Hänestä ette ole kuulleetkaan aiemmin, koska hän oli hieeeeman impulssiostos. En aio paljastaa hänestä paljoa vielä, mutta tässä hän on chibinä. Oli vaan pakko vähän improvisoida, kun ChibiMakerissa ei ollut kaikkia juttuja mitä olisin tarvinnut häntä varten. ^^;;;
Olen tosi yllättynyt jos joku arvaa tuosta, mikä nukke hän on. :3

I've already bought wigs for the both of them~ These are from Leeke World. I'm hoping they are the right size~ :3
Actually, when I bought that grey wig, I had no idea of Floyd yet, but surprisingly I think this wig will fit the character pretty well! I'm also very curious about how that Lavender-colored pink will look on Serena aka Llyra.

Oikeastaan, kun ostin tuon harmaan peruukin, minulla ei ollut vielä aavistustakaan Floydista, mutta yllättävää kyllä, uskon että tuo peruukki tulee sopimaan hahmolle loistavasti! Olen myös tosi utelias tietämään, miltä tuo laventelinvärinen peruukki näyttää Serenan eli Llyran päässä.
On kyllä kivaa suunnitella juttuja uusille nukeille!

...meet Radu! I went and made an order of a real skin brown Luts Kid Delf Bory. x''3 I know, I know, I considered getting him in normal or white skin, but Luts' beautiful tan won me over. Also, the tan version works better for my character who will be an android. (it'll make sense in my story, haha) I'm really excited about him, but I have no idea when he'll be show up at home. The order was made through ThinkPink and they tend to have longer waiting times as compared to ordering directly from Luts.

But the main thing is; I'm finally getting my own Bory, wheee!

 I've recently received a stash of dolly-related stuff in the mail and decided to introduce some of them in this post. Because I just like how neatly packed new doll-clothes are and I like to take pics of them before un-packing~ and without posts like this I couldn't use these pics anywhere. x3

Finally I found a *brown* checked suit for Bram~ <3 It can be surprising how hard it is to find brown clothes for BJDs. O__o Black, grey, even white, yeah sure but brown... why is it so rare?
This is the Checkmania-suit set from Dollmore. Now that I have this I might never have to buy new clothes for Bram again. (Bram: "Awwww.. ó3ò") If Bram was a Taeyang-doll this would be his "Stock-outfit".

Olen tässä saanut postissa kasan nukkeaiheista roipetta, joten ajattelin esitellä niitä hieman. Vihdoinkin löysin *ruskean* ruudullisen puvun Bramille~ <3 On tosi yllättävää miten vaikeaa on löytää ruskeita vaatteita BJDille. O__o Mustaa, harmaata, jopa valkoista on tarjolla mutta ruskeaa... miksi sitä saa niin harvoin?
