Only 363 Days Until Santa Comes Again!

I was meaning to post this on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, but decided not to open my computer on Christmas at all. Hopefully all of you had lovely times over Christmas even without timely greetings from me. ;)

Tarkoituksenani oli postata jouluntoivotukset näiden kuvien kera jouluaattona tai joulupäivänä, mutta päätin pitää sittenkin digipaastoa joulun ajan enkä avannut tietokonetta ollenkaan. Toivottavasti teillä kaikilla oli mukavat joulunpyhät ilman minun ajankohtaisia toivotuksianikin. ;)

Fox Cub in the Snow - 21 December

Ok, I've neglected the Advent calendar yet again... It can't be helped, too busy before Christmas.

Now I had to sit down for awhile and drink some tea. I had these pictures edited and ready to post so I thought I'd post these wintery pictures of Feni, my little Soom Teenie Gem Feny fox cub.

Nyt oli pakko istua alas vähäksi aikaa juomaan teetä. Nämä kuvat Fenistä eli Soom Teenie Gem Feny ketunpoikasesta olivat valmiiksi muokattu, joten ajattelin postata ne samalla.

Saint Lucy's Day - 13 December

Today is Saint Lucy's memorial day, or Santa Lucia's Day as she is more widely known here in the Northern countries. It's a day that celebrates light conquering darkness and hope overcoming hopelessness and despair. Read more about it in my Advent Calendar post from the year 2013.

Tänään on Lucian päivä. Se on juhlapäivä, jolloin muistellaan marttyyrikuoleman kokenutta Luciaa, mutta myös päivä jolloin juhlitaan valon voittoa pimeästä ja toivon voittoa epätoivosta.
